Before the large gatherings, there was a kitchen in her basement. That’s where Shanti brought Madame Gingembre to life, inspired by the joy of bringing people together over her food.
From that first kitchen grew a catering business now serving customers from Montérégie to Montréal. Her journey is guided by courage, a commitment to quality and deeply human leadership.
